I signed up for a free trial and intended to use it for just a month. I had no idea what I was signing up to is some plan called 'annual plan, pay monthly'as that was never stated in the deal they were promising. Accidently forgot to cancel it for one month, thought that would be no issue as it's just £10 I lost and then went to cancel it. Turns out my plan had switched to some an annual plan without my knowledge that if I cancel now I will have to pay £49.92...
