I am in a chat now trying to cancel my subscription. So far, I’ve sat through 3 offers to lower the monthly rate even after saying I wasn’t interested. After the last offer, I was unable to respond and had to disconnect to start another chat. We’re at 20 minutes of my time wasted when every other company allows the respectful option of a “cancel my plan” button. Ughhh!!!
