The system board on my HP EliteBook had to be replaced. After that, Adobe Acrobat Pro 17 no longer worked, even though I had bought it for over CHF 800 and I had the license.Adobe wrote to me that this version was no longer supported and closed the case immediately.I do not agree with your answer at all!For me, this is "customer fraud"!I do not need support from Adobe. So it does not matter whether Adobe has stopped supporting Adobe Acrobat Pro 17.Adobe has designed its concept in such a way that I can no longer use my expensive product for over CHF 800, just because I had to change the system board on my notebook. Otherwise, I would be able to use Adobe Acrobat Pro 17 for many years to come! Adobe should simply give the customer the option of entering the license number in the installed program!I can see my product on the Adobe website and can also see that My licence ist not "active" on any device. It's like buying a book and after a few years the ink fades and the book is left with only blank pages!!!
