Misleading and Incorrect Information About Plan Deletion Capabilities:I was provided with conflicting and incorrect information regarding the ability to delete my plan at a specific time. This misinformation led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience on my part.3. Failure to Inform Me of Potential Charges Post-Cancellation:At no point was I made aware that there could still be charges applied to my account after I had canceled my plan and deleted my account. Proper disclosure of such information is essential for customers to make informed decisions, and your failure to do so has caused me financial and emotional distress.4. Unauthorized Attempt to Charge Me After Cancellation:Despite my explicit cancellation and account deletion, an attempt to charge my payment method was made a whole week after I had completed the process. This raises serious concerns about your billing practices and the handling of customer financial information.5. Incompetence and Language Barrier with Floor Supervisor:When I escalated my concerns, the floor supervisor I spoke with was unable to properly communicate in English or fully comprehend my issue. This further prolonged my frustration and failed to provide any resolution to my concerns.6. Repeated Attempts to Convince Me That Issues Were Resolved:Your representatives continuously assured me that my issues had been resolved when, in fact, they were not. This deceptive approach wasted my time and prevented me from taking necessary actions to prevent further complications.7. Failure to Delete My Card Information, Leading to an Unauthorized Charge Attempt:One of the most critical failures in your service was the failure to delete my card information at the crucial time when I requested it. As a result, an unauthorized charge attempt was made, causing me unnecessary financial distress and concerns about data security.
