I purchased a washer dryer from Boone NC store that includes delivery.They gave me a specific day and time and I arranged my travel to be here ( 2nd home)They came outside the time window and I was not yet here ( came early) and left a number to call Up on calling it rang busy the rest of the day and the whole next dayI called and went to the store talked to several people including my salesman and customer service, said they could not help me that the delivery company isn’t outside vendor and when I explained that they don’t answer they said sorry we can’t helpI said to cancel my order and they said they couldn’t. Fortunately use American Express to purchase them and was able to dispute the purchase and show the history and I did not pay for them.Instead, I found Badcock Furniture and more also in Boone, purchased a nicer set for the same price and have the best delivery experience possibleGo to Badcock, not Lowes
