These blinds were installed neatly by and very knowledgeable and professional installer, however in the 10 months that they have been in my home they have never worked. I have repeatedly contacted Lowes Manager and he does not seem to care about the problem. He promised to call me with a solution from the manufacture that day or next, however, he has not called, and it's been more than two weeks since.
