Twice in past six months we have attempted to make major purchases (vanities, cabinets and refrigerator). On eve of vanity and bathroom cabinet deliveries received a call they did not have product, no longer continued, even though floor models, on line and in print said they do. A few days ago we tried to buy a fridge (2,000) and even though advertised 'special price' and floor models at two different locations said they did, went to checkout and no longer available.Was told they had two new ones in stock at a different location (Northwest Highway, Dallas). About 10 miles from where we were. Went there, told they had two new ones. Went through process to purchase, then told since product was discontinued, not in box, they could not deliver.Then was told by salesman they he was not sure the manufacturer warranty was valid because it was not wrapped up. Huh? Told to purchase extended warranty, but we had to pick up. Do not even buy their warranties. On a power washer a few years ago they refused to honor warranty even with receipt, but after 2 hours, manager made a one time courtesy approval. We had to pay for repair and get reimbursed. The 5 year warranty on Kobalt is a lie. Neither Kobalt or Lowes will honor them. Even with receipt. Customer service has declined immensely. Hello Home Depot!!!!
