Poor and old company

Poor and old company, their products are new and innovative, but their sales, delivery and technical support is very very traditional and poor. You end up waiting for weeks to get a simple product and you won't have an easy means to contact them. For example I recently got a mouse through their europe website and I paid for shipping and did not receive any notification for 2 weeks and when I got the product I received it without a dongle in it. That is a level of missed product quality in their product. I don't know how big and long a legacy company like logitech can go with such a mismatch between product innovation, sales and quality.
