Awful. I hade an account ,cancelled a subscription , cancelled an application , and they still trying to charge my account every month. Writed a lot of e-mails, they said that a problem is resolved but is not .Start to chat with one person, after one hour , somebody else is reaponding me , Everybody asking me all over again what my problem is , I reply to them and nobody solved IT yet. I hade screenshot of my cancelled subscription but they Are tryin to charge my acc anyway
