LinkedIn (LI) allowed another LI user to utilize my recovery phone number - AKA my multifactor authorization. As a result, LI won't let me log into my account. Meanwhile, LI won't allow a user to enter a trouble ticket without being logged into their account. So how do you get help??? I create a secondary account to enter a trouble ticket. After 8 days of no help on my trouble ticket, I steal my cell number back on my backup account and then delete the account hoping that the now released cell number will allow me to log into my account. It didn't work and it is obvious that LI doesn't care, and won't help!!!
