However, when I attempted to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period, I was unable to do so.Despite my repeated efforts to contact customer support team via Facebook chat, I have not received any assistance. I have provided proof that your website indicates I do not have a premium account, yet I was still charged for a subscription.As a consumer, I am appalled by this company's lack of transparency and responsiveness. The absence of a live customer service call center is unacceptable, especially when faced with billing issues.I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount charged to my account.
