A massive subscription payment was due (I had used the free trial). When trying to reset my password, my account was made restricted access. There is NOBODY to contact UNTIL you have logged into the account so no one I could ask to cancel the subscription.To try and regain it, I have had to basically give them all my details and be forced to agree to share it with some third party company. This includes a photo of me from both sides and in front along with my driving license ID to be able to hopefully eventually regain my account, and cancel the subscription - but they are going to have some days to process this.It is unbelievably frustrating. I have just frozen my bank account to try and prevent them stealing any money with their impossible processesBEWARE!!
