LG is the worst company I have ever dealt with! First of all they don't sent appliance when they should, and then do not compensate you for time without the appliance. When the appliance comes damaged and they are suppose to contact you back they don't! I will NEVER buy another LG product and would advise others to stay away! They do not value you their customers! They told me I shouldn't even be calling them! I went without a fridge for two weeks because of their error and no compensation or even a call back!!!!
