Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Horrible customer service. Worst warranty program out of any device I’ve ever owned. Bought a brand new oh tone pro headset...10 months in one side of the headset stopped working and they had me send back as part of their repair program. They ended up sending a refurbished POS.. about 3.5 months later(today) the headset completely stopped working and won’t take a charge. Called in to see what I could do to get it replaced and they tell me the refurbished warranty replacement only have 90 day coverage on them and can’t do anything for me. I manage a Verizon store and sell the product daily. Done selling and personally buying any lg products. Don’t waste your time or money.
