zero assistance for defective products

If the product is defective, the costumer service do not intervene properly. I bought an LG washing machine that was badly working since the first day and they told me to contact LG provincial customer service. The provincial service came to my home many times trying to solve the problem, but they were not able to solve it. I asked to replace the product but they refused and they only found a temporary solution. So one year after the purchase, the washing machine still vibrates excessively, moving around the room, and emits exaggerated noises.The experience I had is very very bad. LG customer service is of very poor quality: they pretend to solve the problem and only temporarily mitigate it, making you believing that this is the best they can do.So the options are: (1) all the LG washing machines are of very poor quality or (2) the Costumer service is incompetent or (3) they don't want to pay the reparation and leave the costumer with the defective machine.
