LG Company is the worst...

LG Company is the worst.... don’t buy from them. I purchased a fridge Two years ago and the compressor died after I just filled my fridge with groceries. We called them and they told us we had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come and we had to pay a fee of 250 for them to come. We have a 10 yr warranty for the compressor and they still charged us. Then when the technician came he left the old compressor in my kitchen in a box and told us to take it out. My husband was not home so I said ok as if this was just an empty box. Turns out it was the old broken compressor that had oil in it and as we were taking it outside it spilled/dripped oil all Down our front steps and driveway. When we noticed that it dripped we called them same day and they said they would fix the situation if we take pics and fill out the form online. We did all of this and unTIL this day no one has done anything about this. This company is the worst and they are a scam company. All their customers service people said yes they would put us through to management to fix this and kept us waiting for hours and we called several times and they just don’t care about all the damage they did to us. We have to redo our driveway and steps Because of them and their staff that just are horrible people. They should be paying for this but they don’t respond back after we sent in our complaint form etc. This is by far the last time we ever purchase their cheap appliances and I would tell you all to stop as well as your in for the worst service and appliance. Just spend a bit more on a better company. LG should not be running a business because you shouldn’t treat people the way you do and not care about the service and quality of product you are selling to people. Scammers!!!
