They are a bit like a dodgy market trader, lots of nice, shiny, pretty products but as soon as you hand the cash over the whole lot disappears in a puff of smoke. if you're lucky and get a working product just thank the gods and pray every day you never need a warranty call.If it doesn't work out of the box like my G3 oled be prepared to wait a month or 2 until it suits them to send a replacement. You can tell them consumer law, you can offer a myriad of solutions but they will bend over backwards not to lift a finger to help other than their copy and paste generic apology email.If I was a senior manager or director here I'd be out in my Tesla all day replacing product but they won't.
