LG please check the companies you refer us too. Our appliance is still under warranty and you referred us to Pacifica Group to complete the work and you will reimburse. Read the comments on the Pacifica page aswell as the Pacifica Global as a majority of the negative comments sit there. We have been left for at least 10 weeks now without a fridge because this company constantly cancels on us and their customer service is appalling. Please can you support your customers and look into this issue as all of this reflects very negatively on you as we wouldn’t trust to buy another appliance from yourselves.
