Worst customer service and they don't care!

I ordered a Tablet and then it was speedily despatched from Germany to the UK, and I excitedly watched as it turned up in Castle Donnington, and they emailed me to say my shiny new Tablet would be with me in a day! And then........nothing.........I called Lenovo and spoke to someone who was standing 40ft from their microphone and whispering...the operator told me I was wrong and that the item would be shipped 10 days after the sale.....here we are ten days later and no tablet...more calls. A flat refusal for me to speak to a manager after being told you'll have to wait two hours. I spoke to a manager, after threatening to report them to Trading Standards. I will have to see if I get me money back. Lenovo Head Office should really review the feedback here and take a look at your operation.
