New charges unpalatable. Long term app issues unresolved and lack of visible and active support. Very easy to move all data to bitwarden and this has unrestricted free version if required and much better pricing plans. Already glad that removed Lastpass from all devices and Bitwarden already proving to be a better product at a much fairer price for what is essentially an encrypted text manager.
