Ripped me off for an extra year's subscription after I cancelled. No way to communicate with them, except using their own platform. And ... I deleted my account, so no way to communicate with them at all. Interestingly, First Direct credit card wouldn't reverse the charge either - they were demanding proof - which is impossible to get ... as I've deleted my account. I'm sure LassPass know *exactly* how all these systems work - so, I don't think this set-up is by accident.
