Not worth the hassle - if you have it make sure you do all the extra steps reqd to be able to access

I have a paid premium subscription and had converted essentially all my passwords to the Lastpass app. I use Face ID to log in. One day suddenly my Face ID log in no longer works even though it is still enabled on my phone. I try to reset my password because over a year later I don't actually remember what it was. The app tells me my account is not enabled for this reset. I try to contact customer service but you have to be logged in to contact them - the issue is I can't log in. After reviewing a ton of information on their full website which is not provided when you onlyuse the app, turns out you (1) have to do a bunch of extra steps to make sure you can re-access your account if you get locked out and don't remember your password (unlike every other financial app, they won't just send you a link to reset your password), and (2) if you haven't set these up in advance you are SOL and have to reset your account and will LOSE EVERYTHING. They cannot answer why (a) my face id stopped working, or (b) why if they can verify my paid account, they don't have a way to help me reset my password. The CS person just repeats the same information over and over and sends unhelpful links. You are better off finding another solution I am only sorry I paid the subscription fee for this.
