This is the worst crypto exchange and platform ever! By farr the worst. To anyone reading this please please please avoid it at all cost or you will not get your money back ever!I had a cold ledger and wanted to purchase some bitcoin with my USDTs I had. I transferred $500 to my account and they hold it for almost 2 months. (I have proof of this and still not giving it back to me).I tried to chat with support team. Email them daily and do whatever I could. After very late reply within weeks they asked me of my proof of ID and address and I provided immediately.I still approaching them on a daily basis. I put 30 to 40 minutes on writing to them daily and still they just give me some random generic messages that this is under review. The time I transferred the USDT the bitcoin price was around 62000 and now is 105000 you just calculate the loss.I dont want this to happen to you guys. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
