Beyond appalling. Lost money. Bought audiobooks which have disappeared from my account. I followed all the steps suggested, even contacted the telephone numbers provided. Nothing worked and the telephone numbers I was given where not at all for this company. I am really upset to have lost money on audiobooks with KoboGreat that you replied, however, texting you as you suggest is what I did. So please provide me with a proper customer service contact if you want me to change my review.Poor effort.
