Klaviyo made a mess of the new Gmail and Yahoo updates and it caused my accounts to get 0 conversions for almost 3 weeks. We followed up with them every week and they told us the account was fine but it wasn't. Their instructions left out a major step which caused a horrific loss of revenue for us. When I asked them for a refund for that month they stated our conversions looked normal compared to this time last year.... WE DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AT THIS TIME LAST YEAR! Terrible service and they only care about money. The platform is decent but god forbid you have an issue they will not help you or take responsibility for their failures. We have spent thousands of dollars with them which we are gladly going to give to someone else. BEWARE! *As seen by their reply absolutely no accountability. I sent them screenshots of how our business was double the month prior. The only thing that changed was our email address which they told us to add.
