I have been with klarna since they started…

I have been with klarna since they first started. I have had 3 different accounts with them. My first account was over 4k purchase power. I couldn't remember my password and couldn't get back into my account so I lost that one. Well as of 2023 I started another account which my purchase power was over 3k. Well my phone and email address was hacked. So I got a new phone and started a new klarna account in June of 2024. As of Jan 2025 it was over 1700 purchase power. I had to get some important paperwork from my old hacked email and went in and changed all my old passwords and accounts and was able to get in my old klarna account from 2023 and I linked my new phone number to that account. I got a message stating I had 2 accounts with the same number did I want to merge or something without reading it I hit ok. And it screwed up my account and merged my old phone number with my new account. I couldn't get into my account because I no longer have that phone. Well I reach out to klarna and explained what happened. The rep said she would merge the accounts I said ok great. She asked me to try and log in with my new info. I log in and I have no purchase power. I ask her why is my purchase power $0. When one account was over 2k and my new account was over $1600. She said she wasn't able to merge them without creating a new account. She said I would just have to try and make a purchase to see what my purchase power is. Well I could only charge $170. As of 2 months now I'm up to 300. But I constantly declined for anything more than my purchase power amount. So I go and find my old account and find out that she did not merge the accounts and I change the phone number to my daughters number to use my old account which had 1600 purchase power. I place a $400 order. And then I went and paid off all my orders on my other account which was $200. I go back to place another order on my old account and klarna has deleted my 1600$ purchase power and dropped it down to 300$. I'm pissed. I have never missed a payment or been late as my payments are automatically withdrawn. I loved klarna because alot of my purchases come from Amazon. And shop pay, after pay, PayPal and others aren't offered on Amazon but this is ridiculous that I have to start over from zero all because of a phone number/ email change. Klarna needs to do better people don't always have the same credentials they do change. I literally gave this woman all my old credentials so she could verify me and she screwed me over. I recently tried to charge $299 on my account that now has a $300 purchase power and was declined. That's ridiculous.
