Customer service with Vivek and Wilson was ridiculous. Have been escalate to the ‘specialists’ three times and still nothing has been done. I simply need them to change the amount of monthly payment as it is grossly incorrect. Now I’m resorting to leaving a review because nothing else is working. Leaving a reply to get me to go talk to the same customer service I have tried talking to on 5 different occasions doesn’t solve my problem.
