Been waiting 15+ days for a refund of…

Been waiting 15+ days for a refund of £200 to come back to my account. Customer service said it has been issued to my bank account but I can assure you it hasn’t. I have received one instalment back of £100 but still missing two other instalments of £100 each as I paid in 3. I filled out a refund request form on the 11th June and asked them to issue the remaining balance to my bank account but still nothing! Terrible customer service.
