I’m fairly new to Keap/Infusionsoft, but have been using it in my admin. role for a business owner. So far, what I like best is that the help/support is great. If the available articles on a particular issue leave me with questions, then I know that a rep. is available to help me with phone support. I still have a lot to learn about the system and all it’s capabilities, but so far I like it and think it will help my boss grow his business.
