As far as their customer service, I'd give them a 5 STAR review! They are always there to help solve any problems. I gave them 4 stars because I am a very small business and the pricing is high. It's taken me a few years to create and somewhat learn the system. But after I put so much time and energy into building it, it's hard to leave. Hindsight...I would have used a smaller and cheaper CRM until I was generating more income before I signed up. Hiring people to help with the software end has cost me a small fortune and I'm still not generating enough money to cover the cost. I'm still working at the conversion rates.
