Everything is okay until it's not. Recently I've bought tickets though one of the providers they list tickets from, specifically SchipholTickets.com. And it was my bad of course blindly trusting Kayak to know who they are in business with before exposing it to their customers. One ticket I've bought got cancelled, another rescheduled. There's no way of contacting SchipholTickets.com, as their email is disabled, they won't pick up their phone and even their support/contact page is removed. I've been using Kayak for years, it's sad to see they're making these poor choices and just helping other shady companies steal money from us.
