I will not use them again and don't know why Kayak.com is affiliated with edrrams.com as a top travel agent. I booked my flight for me and my son to Asia from NYC to visit my ailing father for the 6th of August. I suddenly had to leave on the 22nd July and requested a change of date, which was received by them. This change request did not come through in time and I booked my ticket through the carrier (Etihad) directly. I now have requested multiple times to cancel my ticket from edreams.com (repeatedly for the last 12 days). They send an email each time that they are "working on it". My original flight flies in 2 days and I fear losing all my money due to "no show". I recommend noone to get trapped with expensive tickets with eDreams.com via kayak.com.
