Kayak denies all help and is not customer oriented. Should overthink how their way of working with customer functions instead working against them.They completely let you alone in case something happens with your flight. As well their contact numbers provided by them are out of service and while they do have a chat they copy paste answers and only reply to selected questions while ignoring the others and it will take you hours to get any support, which will disappoint eventually. As well they sent me emails claiming that they called meand had a 20minutes conversation (which never happened). I highly suggest to look for alternatives as long as they don‘t change their whole services and policies.
