Issuu decided to quadruple their subscription fees without any prior notification of doing so. Upon telling the customer service team, they tried to defend it by saying that they sent an email detailing the upgrade, which they didn't, trying to offer a 50% discount on the plan in the process (still double the amount we paid the previous year). Upon cancelling this, detailing our disappointment after being a customer with the platform for years, no apology was issued, instead a generic cancellation email. Poor service and practice, find another company for your online publications.
