I paid backing to 2 projects. 1 I never heard from, other than a notice from Indiegog of it having received my money. And I never received the cheap promised perk. It took ages to hear from the other (Kneeflow massager). It took months to get my perk, a massager unit. It's defective and the manufacturer/sales company hasn't responded to my emails. In Idiegogo I tried to get in contact with the campaigner but all their system just sends you in circles telling you to go to the campaigner's campaign page but doesn't tell you how to get there!!! Beware, don't fall for their "great campaigns" and great customer service promises. HOGWASH!
