They censor negative reviews. Not bad words or anything radical but literal common negative reviews get taken down frequently.Reply to their reply: "moderation" but their form of moderation is harsh censorship. My review went along their guidelines. No false information, no cursing, no bad talking and no names. Still denied and they denied a lot of my reviews in recent years and from the people I've talked to this is common for them as well.
