Steve? Thank you young man, great customer service.

I scanned my purchases, I was then distracted by my partner. I left the store leaving one of my bigger purchases on the floor.Got home, realised two days later. And couldn't then find my receipt! So I drive over to IKEA, explained what I had done, and thankfully a young man at customer service called Steve, helped to track my receipt. Well done!!! I walked out the door very happy with my forgotten purchase.
