I recently used IKEA’s Wardrobe Planning - At Home service, expecting a professional and seamless experience. Initially, everything went well—the planner provided a good layout, and I even decided to add a vanity table, bringing the total to around £1,500.However, the execution was shockingly poor. The representative who visited did not measure properly, resulting in a major flaw: the total length of the furniture exceeds the space, and now one of our doors cannot open fully. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially coming from a brand like IKEA that promotes convenience and smart design. After lengthy discussions, I was offered a £200 refund. Frankly, this feels inadequate considering the scale of the issue. This isn’t just a minor purchase—it’s a wardrobe setup meant to last for years. To make matters worse, two essential parts are missing. Despite repeated requests, I’ve been told they are out of stock and have been for months. I’m left with an incomplete setup and no clear resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I expected better from IKEA, especially after paying for a dedicated planning service.Booking Reference: 1481629086
