The booking agent obviously paid no attention to what my request was. I have a disabled Navy vet traveling with me and we need a specific kind of ADA room. That was left off almost completely and it was a good thing I called the Venitian Hotel directly. They also charged my credit card for the full amount of out 6 night stay, instead of a simple non refundable deposit. They put my wife’s name on the reservation, even though she’s not going. They were unable to make any of these changes. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK. Call the property directly and they will get things correct. I will never use IHG sites again.
