I discovered two Hulu accounts were being charged to my household when I signed up for their $2.99 promotion. I immediately called to cancel the $9.99 account on to discover that Hulu canceled both accounts. I asked them to activate the $2.99 account being it was their mistake. Of course they couldnt because the promotion was no longer available. Their solution was to credit me the $2.99 I would have paid for four months if I signed up again for the now $10.99. Never mind the months I was double charged!! Will not be returning to them. I wish I could give a rating lower than 1 star.
