Miserable customer support. Every time I need to solve an issue they give vague replies. They might reply immediately to your first message, but without any solution.I waited for them to continue and they said it looked like I left the chat, so they closed the ticket. I tried to reopen the ticket but once they closed it, they just won't reply to you anymore. However, if you open another ticket, they will reply fast again, but of course, incompetent.
