HP has failed to respond on three emails in regards to a issue THEY created.My old HP PRO printer had some issues with their ink cartridges. They representative tried to resolve with new opening 3 sets of new cartridges and one of the colors would have issues with saying cartridges were not HP cartridges. They were HP cartridges that they provide by HP with their ink program. After 45 minutes wasting time, ink and paper, the representative said that the carriage might be the issue.The HP representative told me that I could get a new printer with no out of pocket $$ and get a new printer with again a ink replacement program. The issue is that the HP representative clearly told me that "I" could still use my old printer, but I would be the one to purchase any ink.Whatever the HP representative did with shutting down the wifi connection has created a issue where I cannot use my old printer.HP has failed to respond directly the emails, calling their number gets no answer. Now, I am angry and until HP resolves the issue with my old printer, I refuse to open the new printer box. I have given HP 24 hours to respond before I request a paid return label.I have submitted a BBB complaint and await a call from HP.This is not the first time I have not had issues with HP. In the past, it took a executive level individual to resolve a issue with their laptop.I would not suggest to anyone to purchase ANY HP product as their customer service lacks any professionalism.
