Ruined a trip of a lifetime. Genuine good service in Naples with good value properties. Spent two weeks in holland getting ripped off and abused by dutch staff at various locations twice being refused vip properties at the weekend after spending a fortune. Then to over pay on terrible low value alternatives. Over 90 days and £7500 spent with this company who has totally sucked my self esteem dry and has me in the brink of tears.
