Horrible customer service. My reservation was cancelled for no reason the day before my trip, asked the hotel and they didn't cancel it. Hotels.com was blaming it on the hotel and asked us to deal directly with the hotel, in a foreign country when there is a language barrier. We ended up booking another hotel at a much higher price and we never got compensated.Also, their price match is bullsh*t, I tried to match 4 times, even booked on another website so they stop telling me that the rate that I saw is no longer available. They still denied the request. RIDICULOUS. Cancelled my booking on hotels.com right away and kept my booking on the other website.
