I booked hotel Jineswari, Kuta in Bali for 1 night. when I arrived at Jineswari, they said they dont have any confirmation on booking. Hotels.com charged me for 1 night and again I had to pay the same amount of money over there. On top of that, hotels.com is not willing to reimburse the month. So, basically I paid 2 times to day 1 night at Jineswari. Not easy to communicate hotels.com and worst experience of my life. Will never use hotels.com in the future.
