I ordered a quick stay, but with the wrong date 9th to 10th insted of 8th to 9th march. I contacted hotels.com 4 minutes after booking, and it was apparently impossible to fix. If I cancelled i would recive a «punishment» of paying anyways. They blamed hotel policy. Hotel said this was all hotel.com rules, so that was bull… On chat with hotels.com thay just ignored me. Very unprofessional. I have used this site many years in and out of my country. This kind of service made me delete my account today.
