AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Initially during the free trail period it all worked brilliantly. Then I paid the fee and needed to change my email address. Hootsuite has not worked since. So far I have spent roughly 8 hours online with the customer service agent - who disappears for an hour at time - nothing solved. I have been asked every question possible in an attempt by Hootsuite to place the blame elsewhere. STUPIDLY I paid an annual fee and oh guess what no refunds.
