We were billed a full year when we started with Hootsuite after the initial trial. we were not happy with it at all a few months down the line. too many glitches and the scheduling was inaccurate on a weekly basis, we decided to cancel our subscription. this was basically impossible through the application and on the desktop very hard to find. we finally found it and deactivated the autorenewal. this kept flipping back to autorenew we ended up emailing our wish to cancel the program, and calling them (they are not easy to get hold of), and their "messaging help centre is a robot, no humans there? months down the line (and not using the program for over 4 months) and we have been billed again, £561. this morning this is a disgrace, i want a refund but nobody can be found to get one! ive now opened a case via paypal. STAY AWAY, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, AND THEY JUST KEEP ON BILLING YOU WHETHER YOU HAVE CANCELLED OR NOT
