I spent over 7 hours trying to publish a simple digital product on Gumroad using an iPad. The user interface constantly looped me back to “Welcome Aboard” screens with no way to access my product dashboard, even after uploading files and confirming my email. I tried two different email accounts and reset my password multiple times — nothing worked.I contacted support but never received a reply. For a platform that’s supposed to support creators, this was incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional. I finally gave up and moved to another platform, where I had my product live and selling within the hour.Gumroad might work fine for some users, but if you’re on mobile, or need even minimal support, look elsewhere.I COMPLAINED AND received no reply
