I purchased a copy of office2024 via Groupon. Initially it worked OK but then it blocked saying I hadn't authenticated.I called Groupon and chose to chat with a person, they said they would try and sort it, put me on hold and then they closed the chat.I have tried to get back to them but to no avail.Hopeless PR, won't be using them again and would recommended no one else does!
